Refund Policy

1. Service Refunds: 

  • Refunds for services will be considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to review by Chave’s Daily Dog Services.
  • To request a refund, customers must contact us within 7 days of the service date, providing a detailed explanation and supporting evidence.

2. Eligibility for Refunds: 

  • Refunds will not be issued for services already rendered or partially completed unless there is a valid and documented concern about the quality of the service.
  • Custom plans, including dieting and exercise programs, are non-refundable once delivered.

3. Cancellations: 

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service may qualify for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the service are subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.

4. Refund Process: 

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon.
